Texas Teen Charged with Sexual Assault

A Texas teenager has been charged with sexual assault of a child.

Details about the Sexual Assault Charges

ABC 13 News is reporting that a 17-year-old high school student in Plano, Texas is being charged for sexually assaulting a 5-year-old at his mother’s at-home day care. Originally, the teen was charged with two accounts of aggravated sexual assault of a child and one account of indecency with a child when he was arrested on June 20. The teen has since been moved to Juvenile court because the court stated that there was reason to believe the teen “may have committed felony criminal acts when he was under the age of 17.” He’s been held in the Collin County jail on $600,000 bond.
