Columbus police arrested a daycare worker after surveillance video showed a 3-year-old boy pulled by his arm as his body dragged on the ground for about 25 feet.
Tyra C. Quinichett, 39, is the daycare worker who was arrested and still has not posted a $10,054 appearance bond.
This was not the first time that inappropriate disciplinary techniques were used on children at the Tiny Toes Daycare. In fact the daycare was already under investigation by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services before the incident took place and received notice on May 31 that a license to operate would be revoked.
