Fatherly.com reports that on January 24, Stacey Vaillancourt administered the sedative diphenhydramine to a six-month-old girl, who was later found unresponsive at the daycare facility and passed away at the hospital. Diphenhydramine is found in many over-the-counter antihistamines, but can only be used with a doctor’s order.
