Driver Involved in Earlier Crash, police say

Ryan Pasquini, 25, faces charges of motor vehicle homicide, leaving the scene of a personal injury accident, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. Police say Pasquini drove through a red light at the intersection of East Main and Delmont Streets, crashing into another vehicle.

The driver of the other vehicle, 68-year-old David Matyseck, received treatment at Baystate Noble Hospital, but died from his injuries. Police arrested Pasquini at the scene of the crash, reports WWLP.
