According to the Dallas Morning News, 28-year-old Christopher Shaw struck two men with his car while driving fast in a parking garage on March 11. One of the men died, and the other was hospitalized. Shaw was also brought to the hospital in critical condition, and is expected to be charged with manslaughter.
