Infant Play Sets Recalled- Choking Hazard

Choking Hazard

ALEX Toys has recalled around 91,000 Alex Jr. Baby Builder sets due to a choking hazard.

About the Infant Play Set Recall

ALEX Toys has issued a recall on three sets of infant building toys: the Baby Builder (model 1982), the First Pops (Model 1981P), and the First Snap (Model 1981S).

According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), the infant play set contains small parts that can detach, which poses a choking hazard to young children.

22 incidents of the ends of smaller parts detaching from the play sets have been reported.

CPSC advises that consumers take the recalled building sets from small children and contact ALEX Toys for a prepaid shipping envelope to return the recalled product. Upon confirmation of product return, ALEX Toys will provide consumer a full refund.
