Details of Fatal Hit-and-run

Lisa Bolden, 54, was walking on Christiana Road east of Edinburgh Drive when the accident happened. Officials say she was attempting to cross the westbound lanes of Christiana when she was struck by a car driven by Bradford Pollock. Bolden was tossed into the middle of the intersection, and Pollock drove away from the scene.

Bolden died at the scene of the crash, reports The News Journal. The pedestrian was wearing dark clothing and not wearing reflective material at the time of the collision. Police received a tip of a car that matched the description of the vehicle involved with front-end damage parked at a residence on Prangs Lane.
