On Monday morning, firefighters were forced to save a group of workers after a construction accident at the Kirby Grove office tower in the 2900 block of Richmond Avenue. Two workers were hurt and one was seriously injured.
The accident occurred when the scaffolding collapsed and fell to the ground. A 46-year-old Hispanic male fell six floors from the construction site and was hospitalized with life-threatening injuries.
