Man on Motorcycle Killed after Colliding with Van

According to WEHT, a motorcyclist sustained fatal injuries following a crash with a minivan in Henderson, Kentucky, on Tuesday afternoon.

Investigation is Ongoing

Police say 31-year-old Jermaine Johnson of Henderson rode his motorcycle northbound on S. Green Street at around 4:00 p.m. when the crash occurred. A van pulled out of the F5 Carwash to head south on S. Green Street without seeing Johnson.

Johnson did not stop in time and collided with the van, according to WEHT. Police say Johnson was ejected from the motorcycle and sustained fatal injuries. Johnson received treatment at Methodist Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

The driver of the van also received treatment at Methodist Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.

Police are currently investigating the incident and have not filed any charges at this time, reports WEHT.
