Mother and 2 Children Injured, 1 Child Killed in Rollover Car Accident

A mother and her three children became victims of a car accident last weekend when she apparently lost control of her sport utility vehicle, causing it to flip over and land on the grassy area near a Pasadena freeway.

Details of the Fatal Pasadena Crash

According to several news outlets, including the website of the Houston Chronicle, the youngest child, 7, died at the scene while the mother and her two older children, 8 and 12 respectively, were all badly injured but survived.

This accident took place on the east Sam Houston Parkway feeder road, in Pasadena, a city in the Greater Houston area, around 1 a.m. last Saturday morning on January 28th 2017.

The woman and her two surviving children were sent to the hospital, the three are reportedly in “serious but stable” condition. Police were unable to immediately ascertain what caused the accident.

  • There were also a total of 13,616 serious injury crashes for the year, with 17,011 people sustaining a “serious injury.”
