Motorcyclist Killed after Crashing into Pickup Truck in Fresno

According to KFSN, a man on a motorcycle died from injuries sustained in a crash with a truck that pulled in front of him in Fresno, California, on Wednesday.

Details of Fatal Motorcycle Crash

A man in his 50s was riding his motorcycle near Chateau Fresno Avenue and Jensen Avenue when the fatal accident occurred. A man in a blue truck attempted to make a left turn into a residence when he hit the motorcyclist.

The motorcyclist died at the scene of the crash, reports KFSN. Officials determined the motorcycle had the right of way. Although the driver of the truck was released, he may face serious charges.

The California Highway Patrol says accidents like these often occur on country roads when people are traveling in the dark, reports KFSN.
