One Killed, Two Injured During Rush Hour Wreck

According to NBC DFW, a person was killed and two others injured after they collided on Highway 380 in Collin County during rush hour.

Highway Closed for Several Hours

Investigators say a mother and child were in one vehicle, and the other vehicle had a single occupant. One of the three victims died at the scene of the accident, and the others were airlifted to a hospital. The crash occurred around 5:00 p.m.

The condition and status of the other two victims are unknown, reports NBC DFW, and information about the people involved is unclear. The cause of the crash remains under investigation, according to police.
