Free installation and inspection of the control board for PTAC will be available for non-commercial owners. Non- commercial owners will also receive free replacement and installation of control board if upon inspection it shows the defective power cord caused the damage.

Goodman Company are contacting commercial owners to make them aware they will be installing, replacing and inspecting the control board.  If upon inspection it shows damage was done by power cord Goodman will gladly replace the control board for owners.  The RAC units do not use a control board.
