Teen Killed, Two Others Injured in Cullman Head-On Collision

A 15-year-old boy was killed Sunday night when the vehicle he was traveling in collided head-on with another vehicle.

Alcohol Suspected in Fatal Crash

According to WIAT, Curtis Wilson, 15, was a passenger in a 2004 GMC when it was struck head-on by a 2008 Ford on County Road 222 in Cullman, Alabama.  Curtis was transported to a hospital where he later died.

Curtis’ mother, 42-year-old Ashley Wilson, and the driver of the Ford, 27-year-old Branford Meeks, were injured in the crash and were transported to local hospitals with unconfirmed injuries.

The accident remains under investigation, but early reports suggest alcohol may have been a factor.
