Three Construction Workers Hurt After Roof Fall

According to WoodTV8, three men in Coopersville, Michigan, were injured after falling more than 30 feet off a construction site roof after a strong gust of wind caused the roof trusses to tip.

Workers in Stable Condition

At around 2:45 p.m., the three construction workers were working on the roof of a new salt barn for the Ottawa County Road Commission. The men and the trusses were tossed from the roof and fell about 30 to 40 feet, according to the Ottawa County Sherriff’s Office.

The men were pulled from the debris and transported to Grand Rapids hospital where they are currently in stable condition, reports WoodTV8.
