Trucker Dies in Fiery Crash Involving Two 18-Wheelers

A truck driver is dead following a fiery accident involving two 18-wheelers in Greene County, Arkansas.

Authorities: 18-Wheelers “Burnt to the Ground”

According to reports, the crash occurred around 12:10 pm Wednesday when one of the 18-wheelers ran a stop sign at the intersection of Arkansas 135 and Arkansas 90 near Knobel. Both vehicles were engulfed in flames with one of the truckers unable to escape the blaze.

Authorities stated both tractor-trailers were “burnt to the ground,” and that they are working to identify the identity of the deceased.

The condition of the truck driver who escaped the crash was not immediately available.
