According to multiple news sources, a 34-year-old Crosby man named Eric Brian Ellison was involved in an automobile accident with a motorcycle rider that caused death and will result in a felony charge against him.

Details of the Fatal Motorcycle Accident

KIII-TV reports Ellison was driving his SUV when he failed to yield the right of way when he drove into the driving path of the 18-year-old victim’s motorcycle.

The victim, Tamon Willis, was left lying on the dark road, when a third driver in a pickup truck was unable to see the victim lying on the ground and couldn’t stop in time to avoid hitting the victim. Willis died at the scene.
