Two Injured in Garbage Truck Crash

According to New Jersey On-Line, two people were injured after a garbage truck slams into five vehicles at the intersection of Wilson Avenue and Route 36 in Port Monmouth, New Jersey.

Summons Could be Issued after Investigation

Police say the garbage truck driver caused the multi-vehicle crash after swerving to avoid another vehicle.

Two people suffered injuries from the crash and were transported to Jersey Shore University Medical Center and Riverview Medical Center.

According to New Jersey On-Line, the police are still investigating the incident and have yet to issue any summons.
