Two Men Stop Woman from Driving Drunk with Baby in Car

According to KATU, two good Samaritans stopped a woman from driving drunk with her child in the front seat.

Men saw Woman with Beer in her Hand

Two men spotted a woman trying to leave the parking lot of a convenience store – with a beer in her hand. Ty Thompson, 20, and Koltan Transue, 18, watched the woman back over a curb and over some bushes before they decided to step in.

That’s when the two men noticed that there was a little girl in the front seat of the woman’s vehicle.

Transue drove his truck in front of the woman’s car so she could not drive off. At that point, Thompson ran to the woman’s side of the car and removed the keys from the ignition and then grabbed the child from the car.

According to KATU, Transue then called 911. When officials arrived, they placed the woman under arrest for DUI and reckless endangerment.
