Woman Dead After Chain Reaction Pile-Up in Humble

A woman was killed in a four-car collision in Humble, Texas Friday night.

Details of the Humble Accident

According to KHOU, the crash occurred in the 9600 block of FM 1960 between Whitaker and Townsen Boulevard around 10:30 pm.

Police say a woman was traveling westbound on FM 1960 when she struck a vehicle from behind. The collision result in a chain-reaction wreck involving four vehicles.

The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. According to authorities, she was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the collision.

At least six other people were hospitalized following the pile-up.
