Officials are conducting an investigation of a fatal construction accident which left one dead in Cramerton, North Carolina.
Details of the Fatal Construction Accident
According to The News Observer, Cramerton police tell news outlets that the victim, 49-year-old Javier Antonio Gomez-Gonzales of Charlotte, died on Thursday morning.
Gomez-Gonzales was working for Baja Exterior at a house construction site when he fell from the roof. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police Chief Greg Ratchford stated that the fatal incident is not being regarded as suspicious. The North Carolina Department of Labor is also looking further into the accident.
