Burn Injury Lawsuits- Lacquer Finish Fires
Severe burns are among the most painful, and life-threatening injuries a person can experience. When these injuries are caused by defects or negligence, the responsible parties may be held financially responsible for damages caused.
Burn Injury Lawsuits
Burns are the third leading cause of accidental death in the United States- about 4,000 Americans die of burn injuries every year, BurnInjury.org.
Burns are severe injuries that are both physically painful and psychologically damaging. Each year, thousands of adults and children suffer horrific burns due to defective products, negligent manufactures, or careless property owners. Therapy to heal burns is often excruciating, time consuming and extremely expensive. It is for this reason that burn victims may choose to file a lawsuit to recover damages for these injuries.
