About the Trucking Accident

According to the San Antonio Express-News, David L. Wayne, 64, was driving in the 14100 block of Culebra Road in San Antonio around 6 am. Wayne allegedly ran a stop sign, causing the driver of an 18-wheeler to swerve onto an oncoming lane and hit a car head-on.

The 18-wheeler began to spill diesel causing the road to close down for several hours. 62-year-old Larry Dean Salsbury, the driver of the car, was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
