A Canadian man was killed in an accident that happened in Pittsburgh.

Details about the Fatal Pedestrian Accident

WPXI News is reporting that a man from Canada was killed in a pedestrian accident that happened in the downtown area of Pittsburgh. The accident reportedly happened in front of the Blush Gentleman’s Club that’s on 9th Street, just before 2:30 a.m. on Wednesday.

According to police, 42-year-old Stephen Antenucci, of Burlington, Ontario, Canada, was hit by a vehicle as he was attempting to cross the street. Police have indicated that the man was in the middle of the road at a portion of the street where there was no crosswalk.

Police have also stated that the 26-year-old driver of the vehicle that hit the man was not injured in the accident and stayed at the scene. No charges are expected to be filed against the driver. The victim was taken to the Allegheny General Hospital, where he later died, according to the Medical Examiner’s Office.
