Chrysler Recalls SUVs due to Fire Risk
About the Chrysler Vanity Light Recall
Chrysler says it will issue a recall affecting about 651,000 U.S. vehicles because there is a potential for vanity mirror lights that have been repaired to short circuit and start a fire if improperly reassembled. Although Chrysler says only vehicles that have undergone repair to lighted sun visors, the automaker is recalling all vehicles as a precaution. The automaker is aware of three injuries associated with the defect.
