Cost Plus Management Service Inc. is recalling about 251,400 Glass Bubble Knobs due to risk of laceration.
About Bubble Knobs Recall
Cost Plus has recalled their glass bubble knobs due to laceration threat.
According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), the knobs can break, resulting in deep lacerations.
Consumers should stop using the glass bubble knobs immediately and return the product to its place of purchase.
Cost Plus has received 5 reports of broken knobs and several injuries in hands and fingers.
Description of Recalled Product
- The glass bubble knobs are used on cabinets, doors, and drawers.
- The recall includes knobs of two sizes: 1.25 inches and 0.75 inches in diameter; and six colors: blue, amethyst, pink, green, smoke, and clear.
- The knobs are sold at Cost Plus World Market and World Market stores nationwide from October 2010 to April 2014 for $2 to $4.
