Daycare Worker Admits to Abusing 23 Children
A 23-year-old Idaho daycare worker has reportedly admitted to sexually abusing nearly two dozen children between the ages of 5 and 12. He is currently being held on bond.
Suspect Worked at a Daycare and Two Schools
According to KHQ 06, a local Washington state news source, 23-year-old Joshua Ritchie is being held on a $2.5 million bond after being arrested for lewd conduct with children. It is alleged by prosecutors that Ritchie may have abused 23 children, ages of 5 to 12. Ritchie was arrested after a 5-year-old boy reported abuse.
In addition to being employed at the daycare, Ritchie also worked as a kitchen staff substitute for the Nampa School District and at the Idaho Arts Charter School.
