Driver Arrested in Connection with Fatal DUI Accident

A 20-year-old man has been accused of driving under the influence in an accident that killed one person.

KCRA News is reporting that a 20-year-old man was arrested on Wednesday, and charged with charges relating to DUI, stemming from an accident that killed one man, according to the Stockton police.

Two vehicles collided just after 9:30 p.m. on Tuesday evening at the intersection of Eight Mile and Davis roads, according to officials. When officers arrived at the scene of the accident, they found a 32-year-old man who was unresponsive. The man was pronounced dead by emergency crews at the accident.

The suspect, Raymond Feliciano, was driving with a suspended license, and was then booked on suspicion of driving while under the influence of alcohol, according to the police department.

There were no other people who were involved in the accident. The identity of the victim has not been released. No other details were made immediately available.
