Ducati Recalls Panigale Motorcycles
Ducati North America is recalling 375 motorcycles due to a defective rear suspension which could increase the risk of a motorcycle crash.
About the Ducati Motorcycle Recall
According to the Ducati recall release, an incorrect screw used to connect the swingarm to the rear suspension can cause the suspension to collapse and affect the ability to handle the motorcycle. This could lead to a catastrophic crash.
Important Information for Ducati Motorcycle Owners
- This recall involves Ducati 1199 Panigale motorcycles from the 2012 model year.
- Ducati will notify owners and dealers will inspect and replace the defective part, free of charge.
