Thomas J. Henry Hurricane Harvey Disaster Relief Fund
Hurricane Harvey caused widespread devastation to the gulf region of Texas when it made landfall as a Category 4 Hurricane in August 2017. The eye of the storm made landfall near Rockport, Texas, approximately 30 miles northeast of Corpus Christi, leaving devastation in its wake. Recovery will be long and hard for our Coastal Bend citizens. To aid in the long-term disaster relief and recovery effort, San Antonio attorney Thomas J. Henry established the Thomas J. Henry Hurricane Harvey Disaster Relief Fund. Thomas J. Henry will personally match every pledge made to this fund, up to $100,000.
All donations collected in the fund will go to the Coastal Bend Disaster Recovery Group, operated by the Coastal Bend Community Foundation, and will help the citizens of Aransas, Bee, Brooks, Duval, Jim Wells, Kenedy, Kleberg, Live Oak, Nueces, Refugio and San Patricio counties.
