Fatal East Bexar County Rollover
About the East Bexar County Accident
Reports indicate that the truck Grieco was traveling in lost control and collided with a trailer being towed by another pick-up before rolling over and coming to rest on the grassy median between the main lanes and the access road of Interstate 10.
Grieco and another man traveling in the truck were ejected from the vehicle – police are uncertain which of the occupants was operating the truck at the time of the collision.
Both Grieco and the other occupant were rushed to San Antonio Military Medical Center. Grieco was pronounced dead shortly after 1 am while the other occupant remains in critical condition.
The driver of the second pick-up truck was not injured.
