A woman was killed after being struck by an SUV in Baytown, Texas.

Details about the Pedestrian Death in Baytown

A woman was killed after she was struck by the driver of a sport utility vehicle in Baytown on Tuesday evening around 7 p.m.

According to Eyewitness News 13 in Houston, Harris Country Sheriff’s Office said the woman was walking across Garth Road when she was struck by the sport utility vehicle.

Both the driver of the SUV and the small child inside the vehicle were not injured.

The drive did stop to help the victim and remained at the scene until police arrived and will not face any charges.
