A man from Florida was killed in a skydiving accident that happened on Sunday.

Details about the Fatal Skydiving Accident

ABC News is reporting that investigators in South Carolina have identified the man that was killed in a skydiving accident that happened over the weekend.

According to officials from the Chester County Sheriff’s Office, the body of 32-year-old Bond Springer, of Boca Raton, Florida, was found in a wooded area almost 14 hours after the accident originally happened.

The sheriff’s office further stated that Springer was skydiving in a wing suit on Saturday evening when he collided with a second skydiver. The report further stated that the other man landed when his parachute deployed, but was transported to the hospital to be treated for a broken leg.

Due to approaching storms, search crews suspended their search, but resumed at 7 a.m. on Sunday morning and found Springer’s body a short time later.
