Four Adults Killed, Four Children Injured in Head-On Collision

Four adults were killed and four children were injured in an accident that happened in Montgomery County.

Details about the Fatal Montgomery Accident

Multiple sources are reporting that four adults were killed and four children were seriously injured in a head-on collision that happened in Montgomery County on Tuesday.

According to police, the accident happened just after 6 p.m. along FM 3038 and Grangerland. Investigators have indicated that the driver of a Toyota Tundra veered into the northbound lanes and collided head-on with a Chevrolet Tahoe.

A witness of the accident said that he saw both vehicle being sent into the air after the collision. The Toyota Tundra caught fire with two adults and one child inside. The witness said him and a few others were able to get the child out of the vehicle.

Inside the Tahoe was a husband, a wife, and three other children. The children in that vehicle were also rescued. In total, the four children were taken to Memorial Hermann Hospital to be treated for their injuries.

Investigators are still working to identify some of the victims and notify next of kin before any identities are released.
