One person was killed in a motorcycle accident that happened in southwest Houston.

Details about the Fatal Motorcycle Accident

ABC 13 News is reporting that an investigation into the circumstance of a deadly motorcycle accident that happened in southwest Houston is currently underway.

According to police, one person was killed in the motorcycle accident which happened near West Orem and the Fort Bend Tollway. Immediately following the accident, debris was scattered across the roadway, and the investigation was focused in an area around a light pole.

The news crew also reported that the body of the victim was still present at the scene of the accident where the motorcycle driver was pronounced dead.

At this time, there are very few details about what caused the accident, or about the circumstances of the crash, but an investigation in ongoing. The name of the victim has not been released pending notification of family.
