- The investigation continued Wednesday as worker attempted to remove all the appliances from the rubble of the house on Holmes Drive with a backhoe.
- Investigators are not looking for any appliance in particular, but are looking to observe the damage to all gas connected appliance to determine the origin of the blast.
- Previous inspections into the incident have shown no gas leaks in the city’s pipelines.
- Investigators are hoping to deduce how such a substantial amount of natural gas was able to build up in the home without residents being alerted by the smell.
