Light Show Toys Recalled
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, along with Imagine Nation Books, has issued a recall for 1,700 Double Dazzler light shows due to a burn hazard.
About the Light Show Toy Recall
According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), the battery for the Double Dazzler light show tends to overheat, resulting in a burn hazard. So far there have been five instances of overheating. Consumers of the recalled product should immediately stop operating the toy, and contact Imagine Nation Books for a refund.
Description of Recalled Light Show Toys
- The 1,700 Double Dazzler Light Show Toys are imported by Imagine Books.
- The product is a silver, plastic toy measuring 10.5 in. long and has white tubes at each end that become multi-colored spinning lights when in use.
- Imagine Books dealers sold the Double Dazzler light show toys from March 2012 to September 2012 for about $9.
