Mini Projection Lights Recalled
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, along with Atico International USA, has issued a recall for roughly 3,000 units of Halloween Mini Projection Lights.
About the Halloween Mini Projection Lights Recall
The recalled projection lights have been reported to overheat and melt, resulting in a burn hazard. Two instances of overheating have been reported, one resulting in a minor burn injury. Consumers should cease use of product immediately and contact Atico International for a full refund.
Description of Recalled Projection Lights
- The recall includes plastic Halloween projection lights that were sold at Five Below stores during September 2012 for $1.25.
- The lights are 6 inches long and were sold in orange, green, and purple.
- The recalled product was packaged in a cardboard blister pack with the phrase “Ghouloween” printed on the upper-left corner.
