Minn. Woman Injured in Two-Vehicle Accident

A two-vehicle accident in Austin, Minn. has left one woman injured, according to a report in the Austin Daily Herald. Authorities say Sally Forstner, 86 of Austin, was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

Austin Police responded to a crash that happened at 9:08 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of U.S. Hwy 218 and I-90. Forstner was traveling north in a 2004 Chrysler PT Cruiser when her vehicle collided with a 2010 Ford Taurus traveling west driven by Wayne Baldner, 55 of Brownsdale.

Forstner sustained what is described as non-life-threatening injuries in the crash. Her vehicle also was severely damaged. Baldner was uninjured in the collision and only sustained minor vehicle damage.
