Minnesota Daycare Reportedly Abuses Four Children
About the Bloomington Daycare Abuse
Many parents send their children to daycare facilities while they head to work, expecting the upmost care for them in a safe area. However, there are quite a few daycares that will go against the standard of maintaining safety for children.
Minnesota daycare, Rainbow Montessori, has recently been speculated to have at least four counts of physical abuse. Parents of the children that attend Rainbow Montessori have stated that they have witnessed staff members assault the kids and prompted the Department of Human Services to step in and investigate.
The daycare was fined with $1,200 last month, but there aren’t any reports of the daycare shutting down.

- Is the facility licensed, and if so, by whom?
- What is the ratio of children to staff?
- Are children supervised at all times including while sleeping?
- Do materials and products used adhere to current safety standards?
