One man was injured in a motorcycle accident that happened in San Antonio on Sunday.

KSAT 12 News is reporting that a man is recovering in the hospital after he crashed his motorcycle into a truck, causing a chain-reaction accident, San Antonio police revealed on Monday.

According to police, the accident happened just before 11 p.m. on Sunday evening along Interstate 10 and South Pine, which is not far from South Hackberry Street on the east side of the city. Police have stated that the driver of the motorcycle crashed into the truck and hurt his back, right before another driver in a pickup truck slammed into the motorcycle. Two other vehicles then rear-ended that second pickup truck, according to police.

The driver of the motorcycle was the only person injured in the accident and was transported to the hospital. At this time, no one has been charged in regards to the accident, which remains ongoing.
