No Charges in Youngstown School Bus Death

According to WKBN, a school bus struck and killed a student from Youngstown East High School in Ohio in November

Details of the Youngstown High School Accident

WKBN reports that 14-year-old Faith McCullough, was fatally injured when she was hit by a Youngstown ISD school bus. No charges were pressed against the bus driver.

Witnesses claim students were present when McCullough stumbled onto the road. According to GPS equipment, the bus was traveling 11 miles per hour.

Faith’s father Maximus McCullough stated, “We are definitely disappointed. We don’t think the investigation was thorough and there are a lot of things they overlooked, and the school board wouldn’t even turn over the drug and alcohol screen data that we needed.”

The name of the driver has not been released.
