An Oklahoma woman was arrested for drinking Jell-O shots while driving a commercial bus.

About the Commercial Bus Driver's Arrest

Tammy Jones, 53, was arrested on Saturday, July 25 for violating state traffic laws when she consumed alcohol while driving a commercial shuttle bus in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, reports Reuters.

The arrest came in response to a complaint that the bus operator was driving while impaired after she drank Jell-O shots offered to her by bus passengers. Jones had a blood alcohol level of 0.07 upon arrest, exceeding the 0.06-0.07 percent limit allowed in Oklahoma for motor vehicle drivers.

Jones was employed by Eagle Bluff Resort in Tahlequah, tasked with shuttling resort guests to the Illinois River, and was fired after the incident. Her lawyer was not available for comment.
