One Dead and Three Others Injured in Birmingham Crash

One person has died and another three have been injured in a 2-vehicle car accident that happened just south of Birmingham.

Details about the Fatal Accident in Birmingham

According to ABC 33/40 News in Birmingham, Alabama, a two-vehicle accident happened on Cahaba Valley Road in southern Birmingham that left one man dead and sent three others, including two young children, to the hospital.

Police have reported that the driver of a pickup truck died when his vehicle collided head-on with a GMC Suburban near Legacy Drive. The driver of the Suburban, a woman, and her two children ages 2 and 4, were all injured in the accident. The woman was taken to Grandview Medical Center and her two children were both taken to Children’s of Alabama.

At this time, no further details have been released by the authorities and they are still working to determine the cause of the accident.
