One Dead in San Antonio DWI Crash

A man is dead as a result of a fatal drunk driving collision in northeast San Antonio on Saturday.

About the Fatal San Antonio Crash

According to the San Antonio Express-News, 32-year-old Cesar Rivera died of head injuries following a collision at the intersection of Uhr Lane and Thousand Oaks Drive around 2:45 pm.

Lacy Lynd Guerrero, 35, was traveling north along Uhr Lane when witnesses claim she ran a red light and crashed into Rivera’s Hyundai as he was moving east on Thousand Oak.

Authorities claim that immediately following the clash, Guerrero abandoned her vehicle and attempted to find someone who would driver her away from the scene; however, officers were able to catch up to Guerrero and arrest her.

Guerrero has been charged with intoxication manslaughter, intoxication assault and failure to stop an render aid. She is being held on bail totaling $90,000.
