One Injured in San Antonio Bus Crash

According to NBC News 4 San Antonio, an accident between a bus and a Dodge Durango resulted in serious injuries for the driver of the Dodge.

The incident occurred Tuesday around 1p.m. on Interstate 10 near the Far East Side of San Antonio.

Details on the Houston Bus Accident

According to an eyewitness, the driver of the Dodge Durango, an unidentified male, attempted to enter the ramp, but the bus was occupying the ramp.

There was not enough room for the bus to change lanes and the Dodge collided with the bus. The driver of the SUV lost control of the vehicle causing it to spin out of control. The Dodge flipped over several times and a person was ejected from the SUV.

The individual suffered serious injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital.  The eastbound lanes of Interstate 10 East were shut down briefly as a result of the accident so police could investigate the incident further.
