One person was killed in a Pompano Beach Motorcycle Accident

Details about the Fatal Motorcycle Accident

The Sun-Sentinel is reporting that one man was killed and another was injured on Sunday evening when the motorcycle they were riding was involved in a crash at the intersection of North Andrews Avenue and Northwest 15th Street, according to local authorities.

Local authorities have also stated that the two men were riding on a 2001 Suzuki GSK 6000 heading south on North Andrews Avenue at about 6:15 a.m. when the driver of the vehicle lost control at a curve.

The driver was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident by the Pompano Beach Fire-Rescue, and his identity is currently being withheld pending notification of next of kin.

The 22-year-old passenger, Manuel Dominguez-Hakon, of Pompano Beach, was transported to the Broward Health North Hospital with injuries that are not believed to have been life-threatening, according to police.
