One Killed in Southeast Houston Accident

KRTK News is reporting that at least one person was killed in a fatal two-vehicle accident in the southeast side of Houston.

Details about the Fatal Accident

According to police, they were called to the scene of the accident at the intersection of Cullen Boulevard and Brinkley Street late Monday. Investigators at the accident have said the driver of the first vehicle was speeding down the street and lost control of the car. The car then hit the second vehicle, flipping the car on top.

A 40-year-old male was killed in the second vehicle during the collision.

According to the Houston Police Department, a total of four people were taken to the hospital.  People who live in the area say that the portion of the street where the accident happened often has a lot of people speeding down.

There have been no other details about the accident that have been released at this time.
