One Killed in Three-Vehicle Semi Truck Collision

According to Fox 6 Milwaukee, a three vehicle accident occurred on Interstate 41. A semi, Chevy Traverse, and tow truck were the three vehicles that were involved in the semi truck collision.

Details about the Accident

A 24-year-old man from Fond do Lac was killed in an accident involving the three vehicles on Tuesday, July 5th. Authorities were called to the scene of the accident at about 11:30 am. The Wisconsin State Patrol is reporting that a 46-year-old man was driving the semi truck and as he was heading north on Interstate 41 and was slowing down as he was coming up on a Chevy Traverse that was slowing down to due construction on the roadway.

A tow truck hit the semi truck, cause the semi to slam in to the Chevy traverse. The driver of the tow truck was killed in the accident. The drivers of the other two vehicles involved in the accident were not injured.

At this time, the name of the man who was killed in the accident has not been released, pending notification of next of kin. An investigation into the cause and circumstances of the accident remains ongoing at this time.
