One man was killed in a motor vehicle accident on Tuesday morning.

Details about the Fatal Accident

KOMO News is reporting that a man in his 50s was killed in an accident that happened on Tuesday morning along Issaquah-Hobart Road when the vehicle was hit in a head-on collision by an erratic driver in an SUV who had just fled from a sheriff’s deputy.

A 1-year-old baby was in the back seat of the suspect’s vehicle after the accident and was taken to the hospital but it expected to be okay. A deputy had just called off pursuit of the vehicle due to dangerous circumstances when that vehicle crashed into another one.

The force of the accident caved in the entire front end of the Kia that was originally evading police, while the other vehicle was flipped around sideways and shoved over the guardrail. The driver of the vehicle that was hit was severely injured and died after first-responder attempted CPR on him.
